We got involved with Compassion back in the summer of 1998 when Torrey was convicted by the Holy Spirit (at the age of 8) to sponsor a child. Laura and I were hesitant but as soon as we took the leap, the Lord changed our family dramatically.
We are now involved with 3 different children and are waiting on a 4th, because of the difference Compassion makes in lives of children around the world. This we’ve seen first hand as we have traveled to impoverished countries to see the ministry of Compassion up close and personal.
We’ve also seen how this ministry has touch our lives by reminding us daily of how the Lord can use us. Please consider sponsoring a child with this life-changing ministry. You and your family will never be the same!
